본 약관은 배틀 프리셀(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 서비스 제공자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 서비스에 접속하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
배틀 프리셀은 웹 브라우저에서 무료로 이용할 수 있는 카드 게임 서비스입니다. 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용 가능합니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
서비스 제공자는 이용자가 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반하거나 제2조의 금지 행위에 해당한다고 합리적으로 판단하는 경우, 다음 각 호의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
위 조치는 위반의 내용과 정도에 비례하여 이루어지며, 위반 행위가 중대하거나 반복되는 경우 사전 통지 없이 즉시 적용될 수 있습니다. 명백한 위법 행위(해킹, 협박, 명예훼손 등)에 대해서는 관계 법령에 따라 수사기관 등 관계 기관에 관련 정보를 제공하거나 법적 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 자신에게 적용된 제재 조치에 이의가 있는 경우 제11조의 문의 이메일을 통해 소명할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공자는 제출된 내용을 합리적으로 검토하여 조치의 유지·변경·해제 여부를 결정합니다.
이용자가 닉네임, 코멘트, 오류 제보 등 서비스 내에서 직접 입력·게시한 텍스트(이하 "이용자 콘텐츠")에 대한 책임은 이를 작성한 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스 제공자(관리자)는 이용자 콘텐츠가 본 약관에 위반되거나 부적절하다고 판단하는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 해당 내용을 직접 수정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 이용자 콘텐츠의 정확성이나 적법성에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스의 모든 콘텐츠(게임 코드, 이미지, 음악, 텍스트 등)에 대한 지식재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 서비스를 이용하여 취득한 어떠한 콘텐츠에 대해서도 소유권을 주장할 수 없습니다.
서비스는 Google AdSense 등 제3자 광고 서비스를 통해 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 광고 콘텐츠는 광고주의 책임이며, 서비스 제공자는 광고 내용에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 사전 공지 없이 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 서비스 중단으로 인한 손해에 대해 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 서비스의 정확성, 완전성, 신뢰성에 대해 어떠한 보증도 하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용으로 인해 발생한 직접적, 간접적, 우발적 손해에 대해 서비스 제공자는 법적으로 허용되는 최대 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다. 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁이 발생할 경우 서비스 제공자의 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 전속 관할 법원으로 합니다.
서비스 제공자는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게시됩니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

These Terms govern your use of Battle Freecell ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Battle Freecell is a free browser-based card game. No account registration is required.
If the Service provider reasonably determines that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law, or has engaged in any conduct prohibited under Section 2, the Service provider may take the following measures:
Such measures will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation, and may be applied immediately without prior notice where the violation is serious or repeated. For clear unlawful acts (such as hacking, threats, or defamation), the Service provider may provide relevant information to investigative or other competent authorities, and may take legal action, in accordance with applicable law.
If a user objects to a measure applied to them, they may submit an explanation via the contact email in Section 11. The Service provider will review the submission in good faith and decide whether to uphold, modify, or lift the measure.
Users are responsible for any text they directly enter or post within the Service — including nicknames, comments, and bug reports ("User Content"). Where the Service provider (administrator) determines that User Content violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate, it may directly modify or delete such content without prior notice. The Service provider is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of User Content.
All content in the Service — including game code, images, music, and text — is the intellectual property of the Service provider. Users acquire no ownership rights to any content through use of the Service.
The Service may display advertisements through Google AdSense or similar third-party services. Advertisers are solely responsible for their ad content. The Service provider is not liable for any advertising content.
The Service provider may modify or discontinue any part or all of the Service without prior notice. The Service provider is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service provider disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Service provider's place of business.
The Service provider may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
